After working as a Pastry Chef for 14 years I moved to the UK in 2015 and opened a successful bakery supplying cakes to restaurants and cafes in Glasgow. Also, specialising in bespoke Wedding & Celebration cakes.
Having moved back home to Australia in the beginning of 2019 I am happy to bring my skills and expertise gained over the years to my business here in Melbourne.
I'm always experimenting with flavours, and I take influence from Scandinavian and Middle Eastern cooking. I feel very lucky to be able to bring joy and happiness, through cake, to people
